Compensation Plan
DubLi Network offers two bonus plans, each with its own set of rules and bonus system.
To be qualified to take part in our Compensation plan, you will have to purchase a business license with DubLi Network. There are two different kinds of licenses. A Business Associate license and a Product Representative license.
The individual bonus systems and licenses are described in detail below.
Hierarchy system
Our hierarchy system constitutes the entire foundation for our Compensation plan. The hierarchy system is built up in exactly the same way as the family trees we use to prove the development of generations through the times.
All Business Associates and Product Representatives are assigned a unique and personal ID number. The ID numbers are assigned consecutively when you sign up. The assigned ID numbers do not distinguish between Business Associates and Product Representatives and are thus assigned from the same consecutive numbering system.
When some one signs up, all Business Associates and Product Representatives are placed automatically in our hierarchy system according to the same rules as a son or a daughter is placed under his/her parents in a "family tree". Their status is "sign up" until they pay their license fee and are activated as a "Business Associate" or a "Product Representative".
A Business Associate or Product Representative cannot be activated until his/her sponsor has been activated.
We have defined a number of titles for the individual people in our hierarchy system. The individual titles are described under Bonus Plan 1 (BP1). The titles are:
Uplines: The individuals placed in your own hierarchy structure in a straight line upwards.
Sponsor: The most immediate upline just above yourself.
Frontlines: The individuals positioned in your first line immediately underneath yourself.
Openline: All the individuals placed underneath yourself, down to the point when you meet an individual who has the same or a higher title/rank than yourself.
Downlines: All the individuals placed underneath yourself, indefinitely down through the Hierarchy system.
When signing up, all new Business Associates and Product Representatives must enter their sponsor's ID number. This way, they are automatically placed in their sponsor's frontline. The Sponsor is the person who refers a new distributor to DubLi Network. There are no limits to how many frontlines you can sign up. The Hierarchy system is structured in such a way that it can be continued indefinitely, in depth and in width.
Business Associate
A Business Associate can earn bonuses in both bonus systems. The Business Associate's title and the size of the customers'/ suppliers' turnover decide how much is earned. All depending on the title, the Business Associate can earn bonuses on his/her entire downline, practically to unlimited depth.
A Business Associate may change status to become a Product Representative if they so wish. This choice is made in connection with the annual renewal subscription.
Product Representative
A Product Representative does not build a downline and therefore only earns Compensation in Bonus Plan 2 (BP2) and only on his/her own personal customers and suppliers. A Product Representative may upgrade his/her status to become a Business Associate by paying the difference in license fee.

Bonus System 1 (BS1)
In Bonus System 1 customer-handling bonus is paid. Bonus System 1 is building on our above mentioned hierarchy system. It is only Business Associates, who has access to Bonus System 1. In Bonus System 1 a one-time bonus is paid, if you help another Business Associate to enter active customers to DubLi.com. So called customer-handling bonus. Achieving different titles decides how the Business Associate will be remunerated. The different titles are mentioned below beginning with the lowest title.
Business Associate (BA)
When a Business Associate has paid his/her license, he/she will automatically be activated in Bonus System 1 with the title as a Business Associate. A Business Associate will not be entitled to bonus until they meet the requirements to become a Team Member (TM). A Business Associates primary goes is to qualify as a Team Member, once qualified, bonuses will be commissionable.
Team Member (TM)
To achieve the title Team Member you have to enter at least 3 active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com. It is free to become a customer on DubLi.com. A customer or supplier is regarded as active when he/she has bought or sold a product or a service on DubLi.com.
You can be your own first customer, by buying or selling something on DubLi.com
As a Team Member you earn €50 for each new Team Member you help starting in your frontline. IN other words you help a Business Associate getting 3 active customers or suppliers to DubLi.com.
If you are you not a Team Member yourself before your frontline qualifies, the €50 bonus for this new Team Member will be on hold until qualification has been completed.
Team Leader (TL)
To achieve the title Team Leader you have to help at least three of your frontlines becoming Team Members and also enter a minimum 5 active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com.
As a Team Leader you will earn €50 each time a person in your downline becomes a Team Member.
As a Team Leader you will earn €100 every time a person in your frontline becomes a Team Member, because you are the nearest Team Leader and Team Member at the same time.
As a Team Leader you will ONLY earn one of above mentioned bonus amounts each time a new Team Member qualifies. It will always be the highest possible amount.
Team Coordinator (TC)
To achieve the title Team Coordinator you have to help at least three of your frontlines becoming Team Leader and you have to enter at least 10 active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com.
As a Team Coordinator you earn €50 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline.
As a Team Coordinator you earn €100 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline if you are the nearest Team Coordinator and Team Leader at the same time.
As a Team Coordinator you earn €150 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your frontline, because you are the nearest Team Coordinator, Team Leader and Team Member at the same time.
As a Team Coordinator you earn €25 in generation bonus each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, If you are the second Team Coordinator in straight line upwards in proportion to the new Team Member.
As a Team Coordinator you will ONLY earn one of the four above mentioned bonus amounts each time a new Team Member qualifies. It will always be the highest possible amount.
Sales Director (SD)
To achieve the title Sales Director you have to help at least three of your frontlines becoming Team Coordinators and enter at least 20 active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com
As a Sales Director you earn €50 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline.
As a Sales Director you earn €100 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline if you are the nearest Sales Director and Team Coordinator at the same time.
As Sales Director you earn €150 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline if you are the nearest Sales Director, Team Coordinator and Team Leader at the same time.
As Sales Director you earn €200 every time a person qualifies as Team Member in your frontline, because you are the nearest Sales Director, Team Coordinator, Team Leader and Team Member at the same time.
As Sales Director you earn €25 in generation bonus each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, If you are the second Sales Director in straight line upwards in proportion to the new Team Member.
As Sales Director you will ONLY earn one of the five above mentioned bonus amounts each time a new Team Member qualifies. It will always be the highest possible amount.
Vice President (VP)
To achieve the title Vice President you have to help at least five of your downlines becoming Sales Directors. They do not have to be in your frontline but they have to be in five different legs.
Furthermore you have to enter at least 30 active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.
As a Vice President you earn €50 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline.
As Vice President you earn €100 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline if you are the nearest Vice President and Sales Director at the same time.
As a Vice President you earn €150 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your donwline if you are the nearest Vice President, Sales Director and Team Coordinator at the same time.
As a Vice President you earn €200 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your donwline if you are the nearest Vice President, Sales Director, Team Coordinator and Team Leader at the same time.
As a Vice President you earn €250 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your frontline, because you are the nearest Vice President, Sales Director, Team Coordinator, Team Leader and Team Member at the same time.
As a Vice President you earn €25 in generation bonus each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, If you are the second Vice President in straight line upwards in proportion to the new Team Member.
As Vice President you will ONLY earn one of the six above mentioned bonus amounts each time a new Team Member qualifies. It will always be the highest possible amount.
Degrading
If a Business Associates, who has achieved the title Team Member or higher, at some point no longer fulfils the conditions for this title, he will automatically receive a warning via e-mail. The Business Associates will from this date have one month to fulfil the conditions again. If this does not happen, the title will be changed in proportion to the conditions that are mentioned above under each title.
A warning like this will for example be sent to a Team Member if he does not have 3 active customers. If the Team Member within the next month does not enter the missing customers, he will be degraded to Business Associates. Afterwards the system will check if the degradation has any influence on the nearest Team Leader in straight line upwards. If so, the Team Leader will receive a warning, saying he has one month to make a new Team Member in his frontline or he/she will lose his/her title as a Team Leader.
Every time a warning is sent out regarding degradation, the system automatically send a notice of this warning to everyone with a higher title who could be influenced by an eventual degradation. Hereby the uplines have time to help their downline not being degraded and also prevent them self from being degraded. If a Team Member gets degraded to a Business Associates and afterwards achieve the title Team Member, the system will not renew any commissions, which has already been paid once.
Bonus System 2 (BS2)
As Business Associates you earn bonus from DubLi´s trading fees, which is coming from the earnings from personal customers and suppliers or from customers and suppliers in your downline.
The individual payment is based upon which title you have achieved in Bonus System 1.
As a Product Representative you earn bonuses from DubLi´s trading fees, which comes from personal customers and suppliers. There are no limitations on what you can earn as this will depend on yours and your teams efforts.
Both Business Associates and Product Representatives have to make sure that the first time their personal customers or suppliers log in on DubLi, they have to use the Business Associate´s or Product Representative´s link or ID number to sign in. From there on the system will automatically recognize what customer or shop which will be part of X BA or X PR when visiting Dubli.com in the future.
As a BA or a PR you will earn money every time a customer or supplier belonging to your team buys or sells something on DubLi. You will also earn money if you your self buy or sell something on DubLi.com Bonuses and commissions are calculated as a percentage of the fee, DubLi receives from a certain trade.
The more customers, that trades via your ID number, the more you earn!!
The more suppliers, that sells via your ID number, the more you will earn!!
All bonuses are calculated based on what DubLi earns for every trade. DubLi´s trade fees will differentiate depending on which market a trade is taken place in and the products being sold. Regardless if DubLi earns 5% of the total sales price of a product being sold via Dubli.com or earns €2,0 regardless the size of the amount, bonuses will be calculated the same way.
DubLi keeps track of all the customers and suppliers and all trades taking place up to the hour and transfers all details relevant to Dubli Network on a daily basis, which the calculates all commisiions appliacable for each BA or PR.
Bonus percentages are different depending on the level your customer or supplier is registered in, in your downline. The titles are the same as achieved in Bonus System 1.
Customers and suppliers will during a trade in most cases be registered under two different BA´S or PR´S, therefore bonuses will be given to both the customers Business Associates or Product Representative and its upline´s and the suppliers Business Associates or Product Representative and its upline´s.
Example
As a Business Associate you will earn the following:
Team member 10 % of your shops and customer volume from what Dubli makes
Team Leader 12 % of your shops and customer volume from what Dubli makes and 2 % of your downlines shops and customers volume from what Dubli makes
Team Coordinator 15 % of your shops and customer volume from what Dubli makes and 3 % of your downlines shops and customers volume from what Dubli makes
Sales Director 19 % of your shops and customer volume from what Dubli makes and 4 % of your downlines shops and customers volume from what Dubli makes
Vice President 24 % of your shops and customer volume from what Dubli makes and 5 % of your downlines shops and customers volume from what Dubli makes
IF you are the direct sponsor of someone who brings in a shop you will make the following:
If you are a Team Leader 2%
If you are a Team Coordinator 5 % (2+3%)
If you are a Sales Director 9 % (5+4%)
If you are a Vice President 14 % (9+5%)
And lastly you will make between 50-250 Euro for every new business associate who enters your downline provided they qualify with the min customer requirements*:
If you are a TM and sponsor another TM you earn 50 Euro
If you are a TL and sponsor another TM you earn 100 Euro
If you are a TC and sponsor another TM you earn 150 Euro
If you are a SD and sponsor another TM you earn 200 Euro
If you are a VP and sponsor another TM you earn 250 Euro
Now lets say you are a VP and a team member in your downline sponsor a new team member. IF you are the closest VP, the closest SD, the closest TC and the closest TL you will then earn 200 Euro (250 is the max paid to a VP and if a TM sponsor a new TM the difference is 250-50=200 euro)
Lets make another example. Lets say you are a SD and a TL in your downline sponsor a new TM and if you are the closest SD and the closest TC to the new TM coming in you will then make: 100 Euro ( 200 max for a SD - 100 goes to the TL = 100 Euro for you)
Remember that in order to become a qualified TM a BA needs to register a min of 3 personal customers who either BUY or SELL something on Dubli.com
*Minimum customer requirements to become a Team Member is to sponsor 3 customers who either buys or sells something at DUbli.com. It is free to become a customer at Dubli.com
*A qualified customer is someone who has either bought or sold something at Dubli.com
*An active customer is someone who buys or sells something at Dubli.com within a time period of 12 months
